Softway launched a podcast, and it needed a branded identity.
Situation
Softway wanted to launch a business podcast called "Love as a Business Strategy" to provide a platform to discuss the philosophy material, and to build product credibility for pitching to top leadership networks.
Task
As lead Art Director, I was tasked with creating the brand concept, social strategy, and initial imagery to establish the podcast in the digital market and could be maintained by anyone in the organization.
Action
I researched the top business podcasts, on the major platforms, and created a deck that included initial notes around how to achieve a competitive product. I considered the connection between color, imagery, and space in relation to the brand message when creating a completely custom thumbnail and image system. The brand was focused on simplicity and clear messaging. I also emphasized the need for it to be scalable and accessible by the entire company through asset libraries and template files.
Result
The podcast lives on three major platforms and is regularly posting on a curated instagram account, sustained by multiple groups within the organization.
The podcast is currently picking up views and accolades from top leaders in major healthcare and academic environments.
