D&I Glossary eBook

 

Situation

Softway couldn’t find a single, exhaustive source of D&I information, so the team decided to create the most comprehensive glossary to date. They wanted to create a resource that would be free to download and could be accessible to everyone as an essential part of building an inclusive culture.

Task

The D&I team asked the creative department to design these list of terms and historical anecdotes into an easy to read educational guide. This guide would be an eBook that would be accessible from our company website, so it also needed to be aligned with the brand guidelines.

 

Action

The team and I collaborated on ways to clearly organize the information into an easily accessible and digestible flow, breaking up the content to keep the reader engaged.

Results

The first edition eBook has had great success in resonating with clients, with dozens of downloads in the first months of launching. Downloads have ranged from some of the top leaders at influential companies all over the country.
